About Dana

Dana founded Main Sequence Entertainment in 2010 and has written, directed, produced, and starred in numerous award-winning projects. 

Dana spent years in production working on hit television shows in New York City, before she was awarded a two-year scholarship to study screenwriting in Los Angeles.

Dana has written several screenplays, one act plays, television  and film projects. She recently directed Dead Drunk, Sasha, Drumpf, East, Swiped Right, Out of Character, Cayenne Pepper, Alternate Side, and Mushroom Meltdown. 

Dana's TV Pilot, "EAST," won BEST TV PILOT, at the Hoboken International Film Festival, and BEST WEB SERiES at The Big Apple Film Festival. It is also an official selection of the Bahamas International Film Festival where it will screen on December 12th and December 16th


"Swiped Right," a short film that Dana directed and co-produced, won Best New Jersey Comedy at the Brightside Tavern Film Festival, Honorable Mention in the Best Shorts Competition, and other awards including Best Actress (Lydia Fiore) at the Buffalo International Film Festival.  It was an official selection of The Big Apple Film Festival and of The Williamsburg Independent Film Festival.

Dana is currently developing "EAST" into a series and has several other projects in development.


Dana grew up in New York City, went to the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, and graduated from The University of Michigan.   She lives in New York City.
